About

Black Wolf Analytics was founded to close the gap between what a platform promises and what it actually delivers.

Why Black Wolf exists
Most consultants understand the platform. Fewer understand the business it serves.
Black Wolf Analytics was founded by Louis Carr, who spent 15 years working inside recruitment businesses. First in finance and business support, then on the systems and technology side. That career path was not accidental. It produced something rare in the consulting world: a technologist who genuinely understands how recruitment businesses operate, how they make money, and what good looks like from a commercial perspective.
That experience exposed a recurring problem. Organisations were investing in Bullhorn, Salesforce and Power BI and not getting the returns they expected. Not because the platforms were wrong, but because the implementations were not grounded in how the business actually worked. Technically correct. Commercially disconnected.
Black Wolf Analytics exists to deliver the other kind of consulting. Every configuration decision is connected to a business outcome. Senior practitioners stay on the engagement from start to finish. The advice is never influenced by vendor relationships or commercial incentives. Independent, specialist and accountable.
