Privacy policy

Black Wolf Analytics (Pty) Ltd ("Black Wolf") respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and, where applicable, the UK GDPR.

What is collected

When you submit the contact form or the Black Wolf Watch request form, Black Wolf receives the name, email address, company and message you provide, and for a Watch request the Salesforce package and approximate user count you select. This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled they are configured without personal identifiers.

How it is used

Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver services. They are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are delivered by email to the Black Wolf business mailbox and retained for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of correspondence. The email is sent through Resend, a transactional email service, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Neither stores the content of your enquiry beyond what is needed to deliver it.

Booking a call

The "Book a call" buttons open a scheduling calendar provided by Cal.com. If you book, Cal.com collects the name, email address and any notes you enter, and may set cookies within its own booking window under its own privacy policy. Black Wolf receives the booking details in order to hold the meeting.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information Black Wolf holds about you at any time by emailing info@blackwolf.work.
