Discovery, workflow design, field and list configuration, tearsheets, email and calendar integration, user setup and training. Delivered by a senior consultant from the first workshop to go-live.

Connecting Bullhorn to timesheets, payroll, finance, job boards, marketing and analytics. REST API work, middleware where it makes sense, and nothing more complicated than the problem needs.

Optimisation and rescue
Existing instance not delivering? A structured review of configuration, data quality and adoption, then a prioritised fix list. Often the platform is fine and the setup is what needs work.
